The location of the hotel is a bit difficult to find, but overall, the stay was surprisingly nice. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a private onsen in each room. the service was superb and the staff were able to communicate with us in English. the meals served at the hotel, especially the dinner, were exceptional.
The wifi was only available in the hotel lobby, which was a bit inconvenient.

The location of this hotel was perfect for our weekend getaway, located in a stunning and picturesque area of Japan. The spacious room was a definite highlight, with a comfortable bed and plenty of natural light. The traditional Japanese meals served were delicious and gave us the opportunity to try new dishes we had never tasted before.
Our experience at this hotel was soured by the lack of hot water and poor shower facilities. It was frustrating to not be able to enjoy the outdoor onsen due to the temperature, which was a major disappointment.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with spotless rooms and public areas. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a private onsen in our room and a spacious public onsen. Parking was convenient and hassle-free. The hotel's location was perfect for our needs, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, and a few of them could communicate with us in English. We couldn't have asked for a better breakfast, which was delicious and satisfying.
Almost perfect.

Spent Christmas at a ryokan in Miyazaki for an authentic Japanese experience. Loved the traditional meals served, especially the Miyazaki beef sukiyaki and the spacious room with a comfortable futon. the onsen was also a highlight, with a private one in our room and a public one available. the scenic location provided a relaxing atmosphere and a chance to escape the hustle and bustle of city life.
